Zhejiang Chaoqian Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. (CQT) is founded in 1992. We have around 600 employees.

1,000㎡ CNAS accredited lab with four core testing capacities: raw material & RoHS2.0 test, mechanical tensile & impact test, optical insertion & return loss test, environmental reliability test (high-low temp, salt spray, water spray, UV aging) complying with YD/T, ITU, GR771 standards.

1:4 for high-density residential buildings; 1:8 for standard urban coverage; 1:16 for low-density rural & suburban wide coverage.
What are the pros and cons of pole mounting, wall mounting and underground burying installation methods?
Pole mounting: fast installation & easy maintenance. Wall mounting: suitable for corridor indoor use. Underground burying: highest protection grade & anti-vandalism, but higher civil engineering cost.
Do you have compatible replacement products for old optical network reconstruction projects?
Traditional fusion ODN and Gen-I pre-connected products are compatible with old network renovation, matching dimension & cable port specifications of legacy equipment.
Can your pre-connected system be compatible with mainstream brand adapters on the market?
Sticklok connectors support universal SC/APC adapters, compatible with mainstream brands including Huawei, Corning, CommScope.

The company will strictly implement the relevant communication standards, and follow the “The Consumer Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China”, promising to consumers is as follows:
First, the products have three commitments:
(1) To the products sold by our company, we exercises strict warranty and life-long maintenance system.
(2) To the products manufactured by our company, we promise that, if there are quality problems, we will return the goods within a year, and be responsible for replacement within two years, and be, responsible for maintenance within three years.
(3) If the product quality issues are caused by users’ improper or improper storage, it is responsible for the three years warranty, but the fees collected.
(4) In the period of these three guarantees, if the quality problem caused by the product itself, the maintenance costs of the product will be our company.

Third, you will not enjoy free retreat, changing, and free “three guarantees”, if it is one of the following situations:
(1) Consumer due to the use, maintenance, damage caused by improper storage.
(2) The damage caused by the demolition of unauthorized moving or re-processing.
(3) No certificate and effective delivery invoices.
(4) The certificate does not match the model and product type, or altered.
(5) Due to damage caused by force majeure.
(6) There is a special explanation in the contract.
