Pole mounting: fast installation & easy maintenance. Wall mounting: suitable for corridor indoor use. Underground burying: highest protection grade & anti-vandalism, but higher civil engineering cost.
Do you have compatible replacement products for old optical network reconstruction projects?
Traditional fusion ODN and Gen-I pre-connected products are compatible with old network renovation, matching dimension & cable port specifications of legacy equipment.
Can your pre-connected system be compatible with mainstream brand adapters on the market?
Sticklok connectors support universal SC/APC adapters, compatible with mainstream brands including Huawei, Corning, CommScope.
Do your products come with complete specifications, technical parameters, and third-party test reports?
Our best-selling products are all provided with complete specification sheets and technical parameters. For some simple terminal boxes without standard spec sheets, we can provide dimensional drawings or detailed product parameters upon request. As for third-party test reports, unfortunately we are unable to provide them in most cases. If you need specific documents for your order, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
How do I select the right product for my application? Can you provide selection and configuration recommendations?
Yes. Once you confirm the basic specifications and installation environment, we can recommend suitable standard products based on our R&D and sourcing resources. Please note that for newly developed models, recommendations may not be available immediately.
What are the port count, fiber capacity, splice tray capacity, adapter type, and cable entry/exit configurations of your products?

Yes. Our product is designed to be compatible with adapters, PLC splitters, pigtails, and other ODN accessories from different brands.Among these, Huawei and Corning adapters can be provided upon customer request and confirmation. PLC splitters and pigtails are generally available as standard offerings. If you have specific brand or model requirements, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Yes. What are the sample application process, lead times, and mass production timelines? Can samples be customized, and can the factory support large-scale operator projects?
Samples: Submit a request form (model, specs, quantity, project background) → commercial & technical review → production → shipment with logistics info. Lead time: 3–5 working days for standard samples, 7–10 for simple customization, 15–25 for complex structural changes. Mold opening lead time and costs will be confirmed in advance.
Sample confirmation: In-stock samples ship next day; out-of-stock samples take about one week, plus about one week for the application process.
Mass production: Regular orders take 7–15 working days; mass production typically 20–30 days.
Factory capacity: Full-scale ODN production lines, in-house core components, multiple assembly lines, and sufficient raw material stock. Dedicated scheduling and backup lines support large-scale operator projects.
Does the product come with installation instructions, installation videos, or other technical support?
Yes. Neutral installation instructions are available for most products. Installation videos are currently limited and only available for a few models.For other technical support, please contact our R&D team for further assistance.

What is the warranty period? For quality defects in overseas projects, what is the after-sales process, and is remote technical support available?
Warranty: Standard warranty is 5 years from factory shipment. Extended warranty can be negotiated based on project contracts.Overseas quality defect handling process:
1. Customer reports the issue with fault description, photos, and serial number.
2. Our technical team remotely identifies the root cause.
3. If confirmed as a product quality issue, the solution may include replacement parts, batch replacement, or other remedies per contract terms. If on-site conditions permit, we will guide the customer through the replacement.
Technical support: 7×24 remote technical support is available for online troubleshooting and commissioning guidance. If required, on-site technical support can be evaluated (travel and duration to be negotiated separately).

What functions can the Marvel Smart ODN and RFID Smart ODN solutions deliver? How do they integrate with a customer's existing network management system?
Core functions:
1. RFID Smart ODN: Uses RFID tags to identify ports and patch cords, enabling automatic port resource collection, automatic patch connection identification, mis-insertion prevention, automatic resource record updates, and rapid port fault localization.
2. Marvel Smart ODN: Builds on RFID with enhanced capabilities including link status monitoring, real-time port status awareness, abnormal alarms, visualized resource management, and work order dispatch and execution. This enables intelligent ODN operations and maintenance, reducing manual inspections and misconfiguration faults.
Network management integration: Standardized northbound interfaces (RESTful API, etc.) are provided to integrate with the customer's existing network management system for data reporting, alarm pushing, and work order interaction. If the customer's system uses a proprietary protocol, both parties can carry out adaptation development. The interface development effort will be assessed based on integration complexity.
Will products be discontinued or versions changed during long-term cooperation? Can subsequent replenishment ensure product consistency?
Version changes & discontinuation:
Any product version iteration or change will be communicated to cooperative customers in advance, with sufficient transition period reserved. If discontinuation is truly necessary, alternative compatible models will be provided to ensure smooth project transition.
Product consistency for replenishment:
For mass production projects, the material BOM version will be locked, and backup materials will be arranged for key components. Subsequent replenishment will strictly follow the confirmed BOM and process standards to ensure consistency in software, hardware, structure, and performance.If material substitution is required, compatibility verification will be completed in advance and communicated to the customer for confirmation. No material changes will be made without customer approval.
Can CQT closures be compatible with ribbon fiber?
Yes, depending on the selected product model. Ribbon and loose-tube fibers generally require different holders in the splice tray. For ribbon fiber requirements, we will select splice trays and holders suitable for ribbon fiber splicing and storage. Please advise the ribbon fiber count, and we will recommend the appropriate product.
Is there sufficient fiber storage space inside the box? Is fiber routing difficult?
Yes. Ample slack storage space is reserved inside. The splice tray can be flipped for easy operation, providing sufficient workspace for splicing and fiber routing without damaging the fiber, making on-site installation convenient.
What packaging is used for export? Can it withstand long-distance sea transport?
We can use neutral or customized cartons, typically with products placed inside outer boxes. For export, palletized packaging with structural reinforcement is available per customer requirements, meeting the anti-collision and moisture-proof needs of long-distance sea transport.
What factory tests are performed? Are test reports available?
Factory testing includes sealing tests, appearance inspection, and dimensional verification. IP68, material, and other test reports are generally available, along with reports from our internal nationally accredited laboratory. Customized test reports can also be provided for overseas project bidding.
Does the device support quick on-site installation? Are full installation accessories included?
Yes. Quick on-site installation is supported, with a full set of standard installation accessories (fasteners, sealing components, etc.) included for immediate installation upon unboxing. Accessories can be adjusted per project requirements. Each product also includes an installation manual.
What is the MOQ?
Most standard products are available. MOQ for certain products is 100 units.
Can the manual be printed with our LOGO?
Yes. Product manuals support customer LOGO and company information printing. We can provide neutral manuals or customized ones per customer requirements.

(3) No certificate and effective delivery invoices.
(4) The certificate does not match the model and product type, or altered.
