GYTA53
The GYTA53 Cable structure consists of optical fibers inserted into loose tubes made of high-modulus material. The loose tubes are filled with a waterproof compound. At the center of the cable core is a metal reinforcing core. For certain core counts, a layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded over the metal reinforcing core. The loose tubes (and filler ropes) are twisted around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and round cable core. The gaps within the cable core are filled with a water-blocking filler. After longitudinal wrapping with plastic-coated aluminum tape, a layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded. After longitudinal wrapping with double-sided plastic-coated steel tape, a polyethylene outer sheath is extruded to form the cable.

The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength.
A specially designed tight cable structure effectively prevents tube shrinkage.
Excellent water-blocking material prevents longitudinal water seepage into the cable.
Good compressive strength and flexibility; the PE sheath has excellent UV radiation resistance.
Suitable for overhead duct and direct burial installations, long-distance communication, and especially suitable for environments with high requirements for mechanical strength and rodent control.
